No part of the process of ordering or picking up my new ATC Pla 450 was stressful. Ray, my salesperson, and everyone else I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. At no point was I pressured to add anything I didn’t want or use a payment option I wasn’t comfortable with.

It started with a RFQ on line, then coincidental visit to the location in Colorado, I met with the owner Brett. He was awesome, walked me through the whole process, we built my custom dream DOD trailer. Planned to have it picked up from the California location. Despite the delays, (out of their hands) I was dealing with the CA sales team, Brandon did a great job keeping me posted. I even reviewed some shop drawings for the precise locations of extra D-Rings, When my trailer finally arrived I made the long round trip to finally pick up my baby.

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction, especially purchasing from out of state. As a company, we purchase dozens of vehicles annually across the US and this was one of the smoothest, least painful, most prepared transactions we’ve had.
